Eligibility: This Estúdio Melodia Giveaway (the "Contest") is open only to legal residents of Brazil who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Estúdio Melodia, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations of Brazil. Void where prohibited.
Contest Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on August 1st, 2024, at 12:00 AM BRT and ending August 31st, 2024, at 11:59 PM BRT. All online entries must be received by August 31st, 2024, at 11:59 PM BRT.
How to Enter: The Contest must be entered by following all steps outlined in the 'How to Enter' section on this landing page. The entry must fulfill all Contest requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Estúdio Melodia. You may enter only once. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Estúdio Melodia.
Prizes: The specifics of the prizes shall be solely determined by Estúdio Melodia as described in the 'Prizes' section of this landing page. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Estúdio Melodia's discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Estúdio Melodia reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
Winner Selection and Notification: The Grand Prize winner will be selected by a judging panel under the supervision of Estúdio Melodia based on criteria outlined. Other prize winners will be selected by a random drawing. Decisions of the judges and Estúdio Melodia are final and binding. Winners will be notified by email within five (5) days following selection of Winners, specifically by September 10th, 2024. Estúdio Melodia shall have no liability for Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 14 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
Publicity: By entering this Contest, You understand and agree that Estúdio Melodia, anyone acting on behalf of Estúdio Melodia, and Estúdio Melodia's licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Contest, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
Data Privacy: Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Estúdio Melodia for the purpose of administering the Contest, notifying winners, and as otherwise set forth in Estúdio Melodia's Privacy Policy (a summary is available on this page, and a link to the full policy can be found in the footer or by request). By entering the Contest, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information as described.
General Conditions: Estúdio Melodia reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Estúdio Melodia's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Estúdio Melodia, which are final and binding in all respects.
